Leadership can be a daily challenge of rectifying mistakes, redirecting people, and reviewing status. The heart of leadership is the reward of moving your organization forward and developing your employees as a result of your own effective guidance.
When you know how to integrate your values into your leadership and management, it becomes much easier to set clear direction and work together to achieve consistent success.
In this webinar, you will
… assess yourself to identify the core values that have made you successful so far.
… articulate your principles, so you will have the opportunity to intentionally integrate those into specific leadership competencies.
… consider a current challenging situation to the discussion to expose how you see yourself behaving and expressing your values.
… get to know your genuine self more deeply and what motivates you so you can be in alignment with your genuine values.
