In our continued effort to bring you resources and guidance during this pandemic, we will be offering a webinar with KBK Communications. This webinar is FREE and open to members and non-members.

With COVID-19, we have seen a major disconnect in human interaction. While we are all trying to remain safe and healthy while also protecting others, we have had to distance ourselves from the outside world. Though this may be the case for quite some time, we still have to conduct business. Many of us want and need to reach our customers. But how? When we live behind a screen, how do we reach anyone without sounding robotic?

We want to hear any questions or concerns you have during this time of digital transformation and we are here to answer them. In part 2 of our webinar, KBK will teach you how to digitally transition in our rapidly changing world and use technology to your advantage.

Eryn brings almost 10 years of healthcare marketing experience in medical device manufacturing and distribution as well as an undergraduate degree in Marketing from St. Johns University and an M.B.A with a concentration in Information Systems Management from Auburn University (War Eagle!). Eryn has spent most of her career using data and analytics to develop strategies specific to your business. She is passionate about understanding customers needs and creating a strategy that helps them reach their goals. As KBK’s Account Manager, Eryn works with KBK clients to create and execute strategic marketing plans for brand recognition and lead generation. When not working, Eryn enjoys to plan trips to Europe and spend time with her dog, Heinz who is an energetic German Shorthaired Pointer.

Daryn Smith is Chief Strategy officer and Managing Director of Huble Digital, a full-spectrum international business marketing consultancy. Former co-founder of CRM and CX agency MPULL, Daryn was instrumental in building the company from the ground up, helping attract global customers through his clear focus on creating and sustaining customer confidence. With a background in both computer science and marketing, Daryn is a driving force behind the accelerating intersection of technology and marketing for Huble Digital.
