In our continued effort to bring you resources and guidance during this pandemic, we will be offering a webinar with Leah Husk, Certified Yoga Instructor and an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer. This webinar is FREE and open to members and non-members.

The build-up of stress can result in emotional and/or physical anxiety. Stress response, when not processed efficiently, can sometimes result in suppression of the immune system that may increase susceptibility to illness.

But try not to stress about stress.

There are very safe, simple and effective ways to reduce stress, both mentally and physically.  One proven method combines the coordination of gentle movement and breath, also known as the practice of Yoga.

Please join Leah Husk, CPT, CYI, for a short introductory Yoga session on Wednesday, May 13th, 2020 as she leads us in and out of gentle yoga postures designed to alleviate muscle tightness and reduce mental and emotional overload.

Following this class, Leah will share nutritional tips that you may find helpful on a path to healthier living. She will also be available for a short Q&A session.
